Founder & CEO
Simon Watson is a versatile and organized Project Manager with over 20 years of experience overseeing design, architecture, construction, maintenance, and real estate in the United States and Europe. Simon's extensive background coupled with an expertise in planning, budgeting, cost estimation, and value engineering positions him uniquely to guide clients through the complex and often complicated process of delivering construction projects. He has spent a cumulative 10 years client-side and 10 years consultant-side, giving him a keen understanding of the critical needs of each individual project. Simon takes great pride in his work, operating with an owner's mentality, a focus on good communication, and leads projects from a place of knowledge, integrity and respect.
